A huge part of being a teenager involves understanding and learning how to regulate intense emotions and feelings. It really makes the biggest difference!
Instead of getting overwhelmed by a comment that a friend made or reacting angrily to mom's behavior, teens will learn to tap into a set of skills to help them reflect and then respond more effectively.
The Lukin Center is offering a space for teens to meet in-person with other peers and learn all about emotion regulation and more from two of our amazing clinicians, Jessica Colucci, MS, LPC, NCC and Melissa Forero, LCSW.
This program is for teenagers - ages 13-16 yrs old - who can benefit from peer support and learn skills to manage everyday challenges.
