How do you ramp down your anxiety and hers? How can you keep your relationship intact?

Join Fern Weis, Parent Coach, and Jessica Bush of Tutor Doctor for discussion, learning and coaching.

You will learn: * to recognize the pressures that affect your mood, and theirs * to consider what dreams and goals are realistic and healthy * strategies to manage and alleviate anxiety * how to increase trust so your child feels safe confiding in you

MOM TALK is a FREE* discussion group for parents of tweens, teens and young adults. It will provide you with insights and practical solutions for your biggest parenting questions. There will be discussion, education and coaching as we delve into understanding ourselves and our kids.
