Did you know that the employment rate for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities is only 15%?

Job Path helps people with autism and other developmental disabilities find jobs, live in their own homes and become involved in community life.

Since its inception in 1978, Job Path is now able to place 85% of their participants in jobs that are well-matched to their skills and talents.

Job Path’s work has a profound impact on the lives of the disabled. It is inspiring and moving to see these individuals, who would otherwise be forever dependent upon their families or institutions, become productive members of their communities.

The COVID crisis has affected individuals with developmental disabilities disproportionately. Throughout the pandemic, Job Path's dedicated staff have gone to great lengths to continue supporting people to lead full and active lives through employment, community engagement and independent living programs.
