You Are the Channel is a four-week experiential course designed to support a grounded, discerning, and embodied relationship with intuitive and channeled guidance.

Rather than treating channeling as a performance or special ability, this course approaches it as a practice of sacred listening—one that unfolds through trust, presence, responsibility, and relationship. Participants will explore how guidance arises through the body, emotions, and subtle awareness, and how to distinguish between imagination, intuition, and authentic channeled information.

Each week combines teaching, guided practice, reflection, and integration, offering participants a steady and supportive container to deepen their listening capacity. Emphasis is placed on discernment, nervous system regulation, ethical alignment, and integrating guidance into everyday life.

This course is well-suited for those who are intuitive, curious about channeling, or already receiving guidance and seeking greater clarity, grounding, and confidence in how they listen and respond. No prior experience with channeling is required—only a willingness to slow down, listen deeply, and practice with care.
