This four-week course is designed for those who have begun to open their intuitive and channeling capacities and feel called to deepen into a more embodied form of connection.

Where earlier experiences of channeling often involve receiving impressions, words, or images, trance channeling invites a different kind of relationship—one that engages the body, the nervous system, and the subtle thresholds of awareness in a more direct and sustained way.

Throughout this series, participants will be guided in learning how to safely enter, recognize, and gently stabilize light trance states. Emphasis is placed on discernment, grounding, and building a clear internal structure that allows for deeper connection without overwhelm.

Over four weeks, you will:

  • Develop a clear understanding of what trance channeling is—and what it is not

  • Learn how to prepare the body and nervous system to support altered states of awareness

  • Practice entering and exiting light trance states with intention and safety

  • Strengthen your ability to maintain presence while allowing information or energy to move through

  • Explore the role of guides, boundaries, and energetic clarity in trance work

  • Begin to build confidence in your own direct experience, rather than relying on performance or expectation

The intention is to cultivate a steady, trustworthy relationship with the channel as it deepens.

Participants can expect a grounded, practice-based environment with guided exercises, optional partner work, and time for integration and reflection.
