Join The Nature Place for their annual animal program with Outragehisss Pets. Outragehisss Pets brings a menagerie of wild animals for us to learn about, see up close, and even touch or hold, if we’re feeling brave. Some animals are soft (chinchillas), some fluffy (long-haired rabbits), rough (armadillos), scaly (snakes), spiky (hedgehogs), but all are exciting!
After Outragehisss Pets, we will have camp tours on this day from 1pm – 4pm. You can take a tour, look at pictures, and learn all about the ins and outs of what it’s like to be a camper at The Nature Place.

The Nature Place is truly a unique all day experience for your children during the 6 weeks of summer. Their programs are customized for each age group to meet the needs of every camper and skill level. Camp grounds include classrooms, teepees and over 200 acres that the children enjoy for hiking and nature explorations, mucking through the river, earth art, swim lessons, farming, games, cooking, chickens, archery, drama, storytelling, music and more - as well as visits from Outragehisss Pets and other animal experts!
