Lukin Center: Official Mental Health Partner of the Super Football Conference

In September, Lukin Center for Psychotherapy became the official mental health and sport performance provider for the Super Football Conference (SFC) — the largest high school football conference in the country, with over 112 schools.

Lukin Center provides athletes, coaches, athletic directors, and parents with expert-level support to enhance mental health and performance on and off the field.

Programs & Services:

From Sport Performance Training to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and School Consultation, Lukin Center’s specialized programs support resilience, balance, and well-being in all areas of life.

Outreach in Action:

Their sport performance team is presenting at schools across northern New Jersey, equipping staff and athletes with practical mental health tools. They teach strategies from CBT and DBT to help manage pressure, build resilience, and thrive both on and off the field.
