Keeping your cool when the situation heats up with your kids is challenging. Learn strategies to help you calm down, so you can say what you mean, mean what you say, and reduce the frustration on both sides. And when you do, you'll get more cooperation as you teach your child how to calmly and respectfully talk about things you disagree on.

Join us for conversation, strategies and support at this live event, facilitated by Fern Weis, Parent Coach and Family Recovery Life Coach.

Registration is required as seating is limited.

MOM TALK is a FREE* discussion group for parents of tweens, teens and young adults. It will provide you with insights and practical solutions for your biggest parenting questions. There will be discussion, education and coaching as we delve into understanding ourselves and our kids.

Registration is required and spaces are limited. If you register and then are unable to attend, please notify me ASAP. There will be parents on a waiting list. Unused tickets will be made available to them.

*In lieu of a program fee, we will appreciate a donation (cash or check) for the Wayne Municipal Alliance for the Prevention of Substance Abuse.
