Are You Having One of Those Days? By Fern Weis, Parent + Family Recovery Coach, Bergen County Moms

Please stop resisting the 'bad' days. A key to getting through them with more ease and calm is to accept that they're going to happen. That they're normal. They will happen with your kids, and there's not much you can do to prevent it. Nothing outside your physical body is in your control. I know that makes you crazy. Why me? Why us? Again? What's in your power is how you respond. Accept that these times are a normal and expected part of life... because they are. Work at letting go of disappointment and resistance. Accept the reality of what is. When you do, your calm and patience will increase. And isn't that what really works better with your kids?

P.S. In Connected Moms and Teens, my private FB group, you'll get the support, tools and community to help you cope better with these rollercoaster years. Join us HERE.
