Doing at least one thing every day for you puts worthiness to action. If we want to feel worthy we have to try to show ourselves that we are worthy of at least that one moment of happiness everyday.

This can be as simple as taking a few minutes to sit down and enjoy your coffee in the morning or lighting your favorite candle at the end of the day. Start with the little things and work up to making more room in your life for things that are important to you.

Konstantin Lukin, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist and founder of Lukin Center for Psychotherapy in Ridgewood, Hoboken, Montclair, Jersey City and Englewood. He has extensive clinical and research experience spanning individuals of all ages, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. He specializes in men’s issues, couple’s counseling, and relationship problems.
