Description: As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be supporting a high-volume environment at The Breslow Center and Injxcellence Medical Spa in Paramus and/or Wyckoff, NJ. The Breslow Center and Injxcellence Medical Spa was founded by Gary, D. Breslow, MD, FAC, an award-winning Plastic Surgeon, in 2005. We are an actively growing practice and opening new locations for the Injxcellence Medical Spa. This is a full-time position based in Paramus, NJ with the flexibility to travel to our second location in Wyckoff, NJ. We believe in a healthy work environment and there is no substitute for working with and for "good" people. Salary is commensurate with experience, medical benefits are available after 90 days, and profit sharing is available after one year.
Tasks includes but is not limited to:
Greeting and checking in patients
Managing and processing incoming phone calls, messages, and faxes
Manage our multiple providers' calendars
Performing general maintenance to the scheduling system, process payments, and educate patients on the offerings of our practice
Ensure adequate workflow in the office
You will be working on-site Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am to 5pm, Tuesdays, Thursday 9am - 7pm, possibility of 1 Saturday a month during winter months.

Description:
You will be supporting a high-volume billing department at The Breslow Center for Plastic Surgery. The Breslow Center is a high-volume private Plastic Surgeons office founded by Gary, D. Breslow, MD, FAC, an award-winning Plastic Surgeon, in 2005. We are an actively growing practice. Tasks includes but is not limited to:
Assisting the billing department
Managing out of network claims
Processing patient payments
Managing multiple providers claims
You will be working on-site Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm

Description: You will be supporting Registered Nurses, Physician's Assistant, Nurse Practitioners in a high-volume environment at The Breslow Center and Injxcellence Medical Spa in Paramus and/or Wyckoff, NJ. The Breslow Center and Injxcellence Medical Spa was founded by Gary, D. Breslow, MD, FAC, an award-winning Plastic Surgeon, in 2005. We are an actively growing practice and opening new locations for the Injxcellence Medical Spa. This is a full-time position based in Paramus, NJ with the flexibility to travel to our second location in Wyckoff, NJ. Taking patient photos
Scheduling patient appointments for multiple providers
Prepping patients for treatment/procedures

For all Positions:
Preferred Qualifications : · HS Diploma · Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting or customer service · High volume environment experience · Experience with Nextech (not necessary)
Expectations : · Excellent customer service skills · Availability to work some off-schedule hours, as necessary · Work in accordance with our organizations policies and procedures · Perform other responsibilities as assigned · Must maintain patient confidentiality
