Job Summary

Seeking state certified primary school teacher looking for a part-time opportunity. We are seeking dedicated, motivated, kind, organized, energetic, reliable teachers to lead iPiggiBank’s financial literacy program called, Money Management 4 Kids. Must have experience being a lead teacher and managing a classroom.

We are looking for teachers that can commit to working 3:30-4:30 one to two days per week in Passaic County NJ area for our 8 week after school programs. At this time, we are hiring for after school workshops only.

We offer a competitive hourly salary. Curriculum, workshop training and class materials are provided.

Responsibilities and Duties

Teacher are trained on Money Management 4 Kids curriculum and lead a classroom of 16-22 students in an after school program that meets once a week for 8 weeks. The classes are offered to students in Grades K-8th. Our teachers engage students in team, partner and independent activities that use interactive learning to teach money management skills. Teachers must have experience managing a class of 22 students, excellent and kind behavior management techniques and be able to differentiate instructions to all learners.

Qualifications and Skills

Must have a State Certified Teaching Certificate. BS in Education. Experience 3+ years in the classroom.
